Natural skincare for sensitive skin

At Roseacre Soaps we take great care in hand crafting a range of natural skin and hair care products using naturally sourced ingredients. All of our products contain ethically sourced goats milk which can aid sensitive skin conditions by reducing inflammation, redness and itching. Our best efforts are made to make the products look as attractive as possible, although as every product is handmade the appearance of the products may vary each purchase,

Making a purchase on our website is very simple. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we won’t be liable for any delay or non-delivery. You can also make a payment using PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account for this, although you are free to use one.

Roseacre Soaps will acknowledge your order by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days, you will receive an email if this is not the case. We specify the method and address for delivery when you make your order. The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.

If you think your parcel has been lost. We cannot investigate this with Royal Mail until 15 working days from the due date of delivery. As Royal Mail do not consider a parcel to be lost until 15 working days have elapsed.

Any claim that goods have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quality according to their description must be notified by the customer to Roseacre Soaps within 7 working days of receipt of the goods..

When returning items, please include a note with your package stating the reason for the return and remember to include your name, address and order reference number.
